Jerry L. Ross to Present at March 2014 Local Authors Hour

MAP Group member and former U.S. astronaut, Jerry L. Ross, will be the featured speaker on March 13, 2014, at 10:15am during the Local Authors Hour at Helen Hall Library, 100 W. Walker St., League City, TX.
 
Jerry will be talking about his book, Spacewalker: My Journey in Space and Faith as NASA's Record-Setting Frequent Flyer. His book is an insider's account of the U.S. Space Shuttle program, including the unforgettable experience of launch, the delights of weightless living, and the challenges of constructing the International Space Station.
 
During seven spaceflights, he spent 1,393 hours in space, including 58 hours and 18 minutes on nine space walks.
